One of my personal favorites is their green juices, which I often grab to kickstart my day with a burst of energy and nutrients. This is a cute super healthy place to go grab a nice breakfast or lunch. They have a nice selection of shakes/shots, delicious bowls, sandwiches and other foods... Plus some super yummy desserts. I highly recommend it, especially if you are going next door to exercise. But you can still come just for the food. Service is great and super friendly. 5 starts for sure!

Such a hidden gem inside the gym! This healthy spot is the perfect post-workout refuel. The menu is full of nutritious options, smoothies, protein bowls, fresh salads, and energizing snacks. Everything tastes clean, fresh, and made with care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the vibe is upbeat and motivating. It’s so convenient to grab something healthy right after a workout.
